The film is shot in and around a remote lime stone quarry in Denmark.
The factory nearby is still producing cement but the quarry has been untouched for years.
The sound is a letter, written in the aftermath of the narrators mothers death.
Both in the pictures and the letter you sense a wast emptiness and a indefinite eternity.
